Joe Deuling has lived in the North Okanagan for most of his life. Joe worked in the forest industry and as a small business operator for 15 years before entering law school at the University of British Columbia. After graduating in 1997, Joe completed his Articles with the firm of Dumont & Reif in Armstrong and worked with their office for two years. In June of 2000 Joe began Deuling & Company with main offices located in the Village of Lumby. Lumby is a small Okanagan bedroom community located 25 minutes east of Vernon.
Joe’s diverse background permits him to approach legal problems from a unique perspective and his commitment to a general practice has allowed him to work in all areas of law.

Ross has lived in the Okanagan all his life. Ross has worked as a small business operator and also as a manager for Weyerhaeuser Company at their Lumby facility. Ross operated the last shift of the Weyerhaeuser Lumby sawmill in February, 1999, and retired from the company in June, 1999.
After completing a Legal Assistant program at Selkirk College in June, 2000, with honours and on the President’s Roll, Ross assisted Joe Deuling in starting his law practice joining the firm as a paralegal and business manager.
